Steps

Blend rajgiri flour with buttermilk, salt and pepper and make a player of pouring consistency and keep aside.

Pound potatoes and include finely hacked green chillies and salt and blend.

Warm 1/2 a tsp oil in a griddle and include cumin seeds.

When they start to splutter, include turmeric powder. Blend a bit.

Granulate all elements for chutney in a blender adding adequate water to make a medium-thick chutney.

Presently, take a dosa tawa or non-stick container.

Warm on medium and gently oil it with cooking oil.

Include a scoop brimming with player and spread it to make a dosa.

When one side is cooked, flip deliberately to cook the opposite side.

Flip back, include a tbsp of potato filling in the center and overlap the dosa over.

Expel from warmth and serve hot with shelled nut chutney.
